Are you a friendly and organized individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? First Healthcare Consultants is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
