First Healthcare Consultants’ committed home health includes a team of individuals that work together as a team with patients, families and other physicians to ensure that the best home health aide, certified nursing assistance physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, skilled nursing and non-medical companion care in-home care services are received for each patient.

Together, we’ll go over the care your family needs and the care we provide. We’ll answer all of your questions regarding in-home care services and costs. Then, we’ll begin putting together your Patient-centered Plan of Care, specific to the needs of you or your loved and matching you or your loved one with the right caregiver. Usually, care can begin within a matter of a few days.
